- Follow Project Engineer, Site Manager & Project Manager Instructions
- Work closely with QS for progress claim every month
- Liaise with Safety Officer for safety requirement

- All resignation should be formally emailed and noticed at least 7 days notice period during probation.
- All leaves should be filled into google forms and get approved by superior
- Site transfer/relocation is needed for upper management requirements.
Responsibilities
(Civil & Infrastructure Construction)
1. Site Supervision & Daily Works
Supervise daily construction activities on site
Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs, and instructions
Monitor workmanship and construction quality
2. Subcontractor & Worker Control
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and machinery
Ensure sufficient manpower and proper work sequencing
Resolve daily site issues and clashes
3. Quality Control (On-Site)
Check workmanship before consultant / engineer inspection
Ensure materials and methods comply with project requirements
Rectify defects and non-conformance works
4. Safety & Site Discipline
Enforce site safety rules and regulations
Conduct toolbox meetings and daily safety checks
Report unsafe acts, incidents, and near misses
5. Progress Monitoring
Monitor daily and weekly site progress
Report delays or issues to Project Engineer / Project Manager
Assist in planning short-term site works
6. Site Records & Reporting
Maintain daily site diary and records
Record manpower, machinery, and work done
Take progress photos and submit daily / weekly reports
7. Materials & Equipment Control
Check delivery of materials to site
Ensure materials are properly stored and used
Monitor usage of machinery and equipment
8. Coordination with Engineer / PM
Follow instructions from Project Engineer / PM
Assist during site inspections with consultants / clients
Implement site instructions and corrective actions
9. Infrastructure-Specific Duties (if applicable)
Supervise roadworks, drainage, earthworks, structures, utilities
Coordinate traffic management and night works
Assist with utility protection and reinstatement works
